Those tasks I need to do for the children, I can do with kindness, not pressure. I can prioritize kindness when I’m not rushed. Planning time better in the morning with a morning routine changes everything. It zaps my energy straight away and I end up feeling tired all the time. This, as you can imagine, is not good for a productive day. I am immediately stressed from the moment I wake up. I’ve been starting my day off on the back foot, reactive to whats going on, rather than ready for anything that comes my way. Rushed making the kids lunches and breakfasts, getting them to school at the last minute and then feeling stressed for most of my day. It makes complete sense doesn’t it? However, I know I have gone through so many years, waking up a the last possible minute, rushing to get myself and the kids ready. Having an amazing morning routine takes away the stress, allows you to conserve energy to avoid feeling constantly tired, puts you in a great mood, and is scientifically proven to lead to a productive day. Morning routines and habits are so important, they set you up for the entire day. Lets take a look at some of the morning habits of hugely successful people.
